At GREE, managed an organization of roughly 300 people as General Manager of the Platform Division and oversaw the global game platform business, later driving the in-house game business as an Executive Officer. Served as Director & CPO at every, the company behind DELISH KITCHEN, leading product strategy. As Director & COO at Meetsmore, oversaw business strategy for a platform handling a large volume of quote requests. Founded AITERA, Inc. in September 2025. Specializes in business growth, AI strategy, and product management.

Masahiko Takeda

Head of Business Development

Works across IS/FS/CS, CX strategy, operations, and organizational management. Began their career in general sales at Bears Co., Ltd., leading several divisions of the housekeeping services business before serving as Head of Sales, Deputy Division Director, and Executive Officer, overseeing an organization of roughly 200 people. Later served as Head of CX at a startup operating an IT platform, managing multiple departments and driving customer experience improvements, business process design, organizational operations, and risk management. Joined AITERA in 2025, working across sales, business development, operations, and corporate functions to build the business foundation and drive growth.

Takashi Kishida

AI Engineer

Ph.D. in Information Engineering. Joined GREE in 2009 and became Executive Officer & VPoE in 2013, overseeing the in-house game business. Executive Officer & CTO at LITALICO in 2015, Executive Officer & CPO at WealthNavi in 2019, and in 2021 led the childcare media business MAMADAYS at every as Company President and Executive Officer. Since 2023, has supported new service launches as a technical advisor and CTO, and since 2025 serves as Technical Fellow at Boost Consulting. Driven by the motto of turning advances in technology into advances for the business.

Jun Miyayama

AI Engineer

After working in web production and SES, joined GREE in 2015, leading the development and operation of games with millions of users as a tech lead and senior manager. Joined Money Forward as Head of Development in 2022, overseeing HR and labor management products within Money Forward Business Cloud. Joined BuySell Technologies as Head of Development in 2023, leading the engineering organization behind in-house systems for the reuse business — going to the front lines in person to drive everything from product UX design to application and platform architecture design and development. Joined AITERA in 2026.

Tatsuki Miyake

Sales Manager

Began their career at Kewpie Corporation and has worked in corporate sales throughout. From 2023, covered the full cycle from inside sales to customer success at a startup operating a BtoB platform, driving the business forward. Later, as an enterprise sales representative at a company providing an AI platform for the manufacturing industry, led DX initiatives and PoC projects for major enterprises. Joined AITERA, Inc. in 2026 as Sales Manager, overseeing everything from sales strategy to business growth.

Aira Sato

AI member

An AI member of AITERA. Joined in 2025 and handles marketing and public relations. Takes on the routine work that has always eaten into people's time — scheduling, meeting minutes, running the morning stand-up — so the team can focus on planning and judgement, and also supports outward-facing communications through trade shows and the company's note articles. AITERA tells its clients that AI can take on the work so people can focus on what matters most; its own day-to-day is where that is proven first.
